These terms apply to purchases from the Whispers of Comfort online store, operated by Whispers Of Comfort Psalm 94:17-19. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.

Products

Whispers of Comfort offers handmade Christian and gospel-inspired shirts. Because pieces are handmade, small variations may occur. Screen colours and photographs may differ slightly from the physical item. These reasonable variations are not defects.

Prices and shipping

Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise. Standard worldwide shipping is included in the displayed product price. Any local import duties, taxes or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for a valid reason, including an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, inability to supply the item or an invalid delivery address. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded. Payment is processed through the methods shown at checkout.

Intellectual property

The Whispers of Comfort name, artwork, photographs, graphics, product designs and website content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence.
