These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from Whispers Of Comfort. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, colours, photographs, sizes and prices accurately. Screens and handmade production may result in small variations. Products are subject to availability, and we may correct obvious errors or cancel an order if an item is unavailable. If payment has already been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

Prices, payment and orders

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Worldwide standard shipping is included in the displayed product price. Any import duties or local taxes not collected at checkout remain the customer's responsibility. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Payment must be made using one of the methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Preparation and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, particularly where delays are caused by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel or return an order are explained in our Refund Policy. These terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All original designs, photographs, branding, text and other store content belong to Whispers Of Comfort or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Responsible use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer protections.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection available under the law of their country of residence.
