Whispers of Comfort ships worldwide. Standard worldwide shipping is included in the displayed product price, so no separate standard shipping charge is added at checkout.

Processing and estimated delivery

Our shirts are handmade with love and prayer. The expected processing and delivery timeframe is approximately 5 business days. International destinations, customs checks, public holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delivery to take longer. Any order-specific estimate shown at checkout or in the order confirmation takes priority.

Tracking and delivery address

Tracking information will be shared when available. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are not included and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at hello.whispersofcomfort@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
